Job description

The Operations Manager will lead and direct in the achievement of key goals in the area of order processing and delivery, quality assurance management, inventory management, cost management, process layouts, process improvements and employee training and development. In addition, the Ops Manager will work with functional leaders within the company to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, ensure the facility is in compliance with federal/state/local ordinances, laws and regulations, assists with staffing including hiring, training, development, performance evaluations, ensure safety is a strong part of the culture and environment within the facility at all times, Must be able to communicate clearly and rationally, maximize time usage using outstanding organizational skills
