Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, executing strategic sales initiatives, and expanding the companyโ€™s market presence. The Business Development Manager will develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, market conditions, and growth targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and leadership, to ensure seamless onboarding, high levels of customer satisfaction, and successful delivery of services.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics, providing regular updates and forecasts to leadership.

Skills/Qualifications
Required
  • Valid drivers' license.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development.

Preferred
  • Previous experience working in Disaster Restoration or Insurance Claims, preferred.
