Operations & Talent Development Manager

Location: San Diego, CA | Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience

Rooter Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations & Talent Development Manager to join our San Diego leadership team.

We are looking for a proven leader who knows how to build strong teams, develop people, improve performance, and help drive the continued growth of a fast-paced home-services operation.

This is not a traditional recruiting or HR position. We are looking for someone who understands that great operations begin with great people, hiring the right talent, developing them, establishing clear expectations, measuring performance, and creating a culture of accountability.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit and help build a high-performing team of service professionals
  • Develop, coach, and mentor technicians and other team members
  • Help drive revenue growth, productivity, and operational performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coach team members on sales, customer service, communication, and performance
  • Establish and maintain high standards of accountability
  • Help improve operational systems, processes, and workflows
  • Identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent
