We work closely with brand partners and global retail partners to bring high-quality K-Beauty products to consumers worldwide. As our U.S. operations continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our purchasing and inventory operations.


Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new retail partnerships and expanding product distribution across offline retail channels in the United States.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with retail partners, and supporting the continued expansion of our brands across multiple retail environments.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience in CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries, and a strong ability to develop new accounts and grow distribution through wholesale and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new retail partnership opportunities across the U.S.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners
Drive new account development and expand existing retail partnerships
Increase product distribution and retail placement across offline channels
Negotiate product listings, pricing, and promotional opportunities with retail partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
Work cross-functionally with internal teams including logistics, operations, and marketing
Provide regular updates on sales activities, market insights, and growth opportunities
Support the development of scalable sales processes as retail partnerships expand


Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in sales, wholesale, or business development within CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries
Experience working with retail accounts or wholesale distribution channels
Proven ability to develop new business relationships and expand product distribution
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed for business development and client meetings
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
