Operations Manager (On-site, Olive Branch)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic warehousing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective management of inventory and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and warehousing, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking. As an Operations Manager, you will coordinate with multiple departments and their managers, to streamline workflow, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to work with dedicated team in a fast-paced environment where innovation, precision, and excellence are valued. You will be expected to assist in multiple departments, leveraging your skills where the workload dictates. Responsibilities:

The hiring range for this position based out of Olive Branch, MS is between $70,000 and 75,000 per year.
