The Job:
As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel. The Operations Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
โ€ข Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering
โ€ข Champion Alice system, our guest request program
โ€ข Coordinate projects
โ€ข Log and follow up on guest requests
โ€ข Support reservations team
You:
To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and multi-tasking. This role requires skills such as patience, empathy, efficiency and a desire to work in, and provide, a clean environment.
Requirements
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the property, including back-of-house and outdoor areas
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed to support operational tasks
  • Ability to climb stairs and access various levels of the property
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, computers, and handheld devices
  • Ability to visually review documents, computer screens, and work orders with attention to detail
  • Ability to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings
  • Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels typical of hotel operation
