Job description

  • Position Summary
    • The Business Operations Coordinator will coordinate Engineering Department functions such as work orders, purchase orders, invoice payment, issuing parking decals and other related functions. The Business Operations Coordinator is also responsible for document maintenance and data generation and will be the primary customer service point of contact for the Engineering Department. Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned as approved by supervisor.

    • None Required
  • Core Job Functions
    • Maintains status and tracking of regulatory and department initiatives and provides customer service support for incoming concerns and requests.
    • Manages the work order process and ensures that preventative maintenance records are adequately maintained.
    • Issues parking decals and keeps the parking decal database current. Will also be responsible for troubleshooting access concerns.
    • Ensures that all Plant Operations vendors are approved and have appropriate credentials and access privileges.
    • Will assist with purchase orders, invoice management and bill payment.
    • Reports include, but are not limited to, public health critical information reporting such as Medical Facility EEI Status Tracker data required by the Georgia Department of Public Health.
