Sales & Operations Coordinator
Work directly for a growing Somerset County, NJ contract manufacturer specializing in filling and packaging solutions for the personal care industry. Join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in coordinating demand planning, production, and customer fulfillment while helping drive operational success.
Salary: $60,000-$80,000 plus comprehensive benefits
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including forecasting, planning meetings, and action item follow-up.
Monitor customer demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and raw material availability to support on-time manufacturing and shipments.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to resolve planning issues and improve supply chain performance.
Maintain planning reports, dashboards, and ERP data while identifying and communicating potential supply or capacity risks.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, operations coordination, customer service, or a related manufacturing role.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, maintain reports, and support planning decisions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience within contract manufacturing, personal care, packaging, consumer products, chemical, or aerosol manufacturing.
Familiarity with ERP systems, demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and GMP manufacturing environments.
