Marketing Operations Coordinator Opportunity


JOB SUMMARY

SGI’s Marketing Operations (MO) Team is looking for an intelligent, articulate, dynamic, quality-minded Marketing Operations Coordinator (MOC) to join our team. With demonstrated experience with commercial and digital printing; the Marketing Operations Coordinator plays an integral business partner to the Marketing Operations Project Managers as the lead on Quality, Functional Projects, and as the Process Owner for audits and inspections.


KEY DELIVERABLES

Quality Management:

o Maintain detailed job history information and sample library

o Ensure print deliverables comply with industry regulations

o Execute standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for all print deliverables and documenting workflows for sourcing, proofing, receiving, and archiving

o Act as gatekeeper and approver for all pre and post production proofing of assigned print materials including, but not limited to, Digital, Bluelines, Match prints/Epson’s, Draw Down’s, Mock-ups, and Press Checks

Process Owner:

o Act as the process owner for all marketing operations audits which includes but not limited to following compliance and quality standards

Marketing Operations Projects:

o Project owner of various marketing operations projects that support priority business initiatives

o As needed, identify new vendor partners, manage relationship expectations, and understand each supplier’s core competencies


Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

o Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years print-related experience and/or project management experience

o Demonstrated expertise of printing, finishing processes, and proofing procedures for both Digital and Offset Printing; Packing production experience a plus but not required

o Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign a plus

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel within Indianapolis up to 10%; travel outside of Indianapolis as needed
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
