The Student Success & Operations Coordinator, Part-Time MBA Programs, plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for students in the University of Utah's Professional MBA (PMBA) and Online MBA (OMBA) programs. This position combines student onboarding, advising, program operations, event coordination, and academic support to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from admission through graduation. The coordinator serves as a trusted resource for students by facilitating onboarding, supporting student success, coordinating classroom logistics, executing student engagement initiatives, and providing operational support for the programs. This position requires extensive collaboration with students, faculty, alumni, vendors, and university partners to deliver an outstanding educational experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently. Beyond day-to-day coordination, this individual continuously evaluates workflows, identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, and leverages technology, data, and emerging tools—including AI—to streamline processes, enhance communication, and improve the student experience. The successful candidate is curious, adaptable, and motivated to challenge traditional ways of working while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This position is considered essential and requires regular on-campus, in-person attendance.
