  • 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment

A leading digital streaming network seeks an Operations Coordinator to support international billing, vendor operations, creative requests, and campaign operations while coordinating workflows across internal teams and external partners.
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Support creative operations by assisting with creative requests related to media plans, coordinating requests for campaign creatives, and collaborating with international marketing and content teams to maintain current information on regional content availability.
  • Monitor daily workflows, update project boards, and facilitate daily stand-ups or status meetings to keep team members aligned and ensure operational tasks progress effectively.
  • Maintain team billing trackers and related financial documents, submit and manage billing information, and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and onboarding requests.
  • Proactively address vendor, teammate, and internal client inquiries regarding payment status, vendor information, and other ad hoc operational requests; respond to communications and initiate meetings as needed to ensure billing processes are followed.
  • Maintain working relationships with Marketing Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis, Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Global Business Services, other marketing teams, and external vendors to accurately and efficiently exchange information; support new vendor onboarding through the applicable platform and troubleshoot payment, remittance, net terms, profile management, and onboarding issues.

Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in billing, marketing operations, campaign operations, or media agency environments, preferably within an in-house corporate environment or agency.
  • Experience submitting invoices or managing billing processes is preferred.
  • Experience in advertising, including familiarity with creative specifications and ad platforms, is preferred.
  • Experience working with media agencies or paid media advertising products is preferred.
  • Experience with organizational and workflow management software such as Asana or Airtable is preferred.

Shift:
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
