JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

The purpose of the job is to provideportioncutting and fabrication of seafood for delivery to our customers. This job will be for the schedule of Sunday - Thursday from 1:00pm to 9:30pm.

Responsibilities

    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

    • Ensure the minimization of unnecessary waste and damage.

    • Clean as directed - proper cleaning and sanitizing of miscellaneous parts / equipment prior to / end of shift shut down.

    • Ensure that any equipment being used is safe to operate at all times.

    • Adhere to all applicable food safety guidelines

    • Comply withall Food Safety regulations

    • Participating in monthly inventory asrequired.

    • Ensuring compliance with all Safety, Legislation, and Sysco policies.

    • Participating in various meetings (shift, departmental,companyand safety).

    • Performing otherduties asassigned by Operations Management.

    • Performing otherduties asassigned byOperations Management.

    • Comply withall applicable regulations/laws and company policies, including but not limited to Food Safety Policy, SOP's & regulations, Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Antitrustpoliciesand regulations, etc.

    • Responsible for compliance with all Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)comprisingSysco's Food Safety Program, specificforthe assigned role.
