Out client is seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our growing team in Burnaby, BC. This role sits at the heart of our client experience, supporting a global base of institutional and retail investors. The mission is to deliver distinctive, world-class service that leaves a lasting positive impression and builds long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful communication

  • Support client onboarding processes, including facilitating account openings and maintaining up-to-date client records

  • Execute core operational processes related to transfer agency functions, including KYC, transaction processing, and client money reconciliations

  • Verify client transactions and validate sensitive client information with a high degree of accuracy

  • Collaborate closely with global Fund Operations teams and other business units to ensure seamless information flow

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and partner with technology teams to implement innovative solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
