Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate organizational projects, initiatives, and reporting processes while ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
Support executive and operational leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and special projects
Monitor GATA applications, reporting requirements, submissions, and closeout processes to ensure compliance with state and funding requirements
Manage client grievance and OIG reporting processes while ensuring organizational and regulatory timelines are met
Serve as a liaison for organizational and housing boards by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, recording minutes, and maintaining required documentation
Prepare agendas, coordinate guest participation, attend meetings, and track action items and follow-up activities
Generate and distribute operational, payroll, compliance, census, and performance reports that support organizational oversight
Develop surveys, dashboards, and reporting tools that assist leadership in monitoring organizational performance and initiatives
Assist with credentialing processes and related administrative activities as needed
Support operational leaders in maintaining key business controls, performance metrics, and process improvements
Collaborate with departments across the organization to support operational efficiency and successful project completion
Maintain professional and productive working relationships with leadership, team members, community partners, board members, and external stakeholders
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of administrative, executive support, project coordination, operations support, or business support experience
• Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, directors, or operational teams preferred
• Experience coordinating projects, meetings, compliance activities, reporting processes, or organizational initiatives preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, government, or other highly regulated environments preferred
