Woodside Credit is a Newport Beach based finance company seeking a highly motivated professional to provide support to the sales department. Duties include customer service, processing and contact with dealers and customers. The ideal candidate must project a positive and professional company image through in-person and telephone interaction in addition to having superior attention to detail.

Responsibilities

· Support Sales department on assigned work.

· Help answer company telephone and transfer calls to appropriate staff members and sales team.

· Field inquiries from the public, clients and dealers.

· Input Credit Applications

· Draw loan documents.

· Update deal structures.

· Follow-up on loan stips, ex; proof of income, insurance, proof of residence, driver’s licenses, etc.

· Correspondence with dealers and customers to include phone calls and emails.

· Add new and update existing dealer info in our system and in dealer files as needed.

· Create and modify correspondence, presentations and reports using Microsoft Office and Excel.

· Pays attention to detail and is exceptionally organized.

· Disciplined, self-motivated person who is hands on and takes “ownership” of their responsibilities.

· Confident interacting directly with clients over the telephone.

Skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

· Outstanding telephone etiquette.

· Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type at a moderate speed level.

Education

· Four year college degree preferred.

Work Schedule

Typically 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F and will include a 9am to 3pm shift on occasional Saturdays.
