Collaborate with the payroll department when necessary to resolve discrepancies and provide support to the employees and leadership when questions arrive on payroll items.* Timekeeping/Attendance support: complete required tasks within timekeeping and attendance systems.* HR Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.* Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.* Compliance: Ensure that HR practices and procedures adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations. Assist with compliance reporting and audits as requested.* Training and Development: Help coordinate training programs. Maintain training records and monitor training completion.* Employee Relations: Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating more complex issues to the People Operations Manager or Generalist as necessary.* Documentation and Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documents as requested by HR management or other departments.* HR Communication: Assist in the distribution of HR policies, notices, and updates to employees. Promote HR initiatives and events.* HR Software and Systems: Utilize HR software and systems for data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
