The School Operations Team is focused on creating the conditions by which our schools can thrive by successfully driving attendance, enrollment, and school wide systems; leading safety and crisis management; and providing exemplary customer service for students, families and staff members.
The School Operations Associate (SOA) is a school based position that ensures students, families, and staff have the information and resources they need to succeed. The SOA supports the day-to-day operations procedures that allow the school to run efficiently and effectively.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with the implementation of the day-to-day school based operations policies and procedures
• Implements the daily school wide procedures such as arrival, lunch, and dismissal
• Captures all transportation changes from families
Supports with school based strategies to ensure kids are in seats every day and year over year
• Supports families in completion of registration documents
• Supports school events and activities as assigned
• Makes daily attendance calls based on guidance from Attendance and PEIMS Specialist
• Documents all attendance changes and corrects attendance data in student information system
Ensures clear and effective communications with all community members and stakeholders
• Ensures all family facing materials are readily available
• Schedules family meetings with appropriate team members
• Manages all phone calls coming into the school
• Manages all visitors coming into the school and completes check in through Raptor
• Prepares and sends school specific family communication
• Maintains the front office and all family-facing systems

• Bilingual: English and Spanish required
