Employment Type: Full-Time


We are seeking a Customer Support & Operations Associate to support our Houston location. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email, while also assisting with on-site mail operations and fingerprinting services.


This is a customer-facing role where responsiveness, communication, and attention to detail are critical.


Key Responsibilities (Reordered by Priority):

  1. Provide customer support via phone and email for PostScan Mail services
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Manage and follow up on customer tickets to ensure resolution
  4. Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages
  5. Perform mail scanning, forwarding, and related service requests
  6. Assist walk-in customers with mail pickup and basic inquiries
  7. Perform Live Scan fingerprinting services for Certifix applicants (training provided)
  8. Maintain organization of the workspace and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  9. Follow company procedures for mail handling, security, and compliance
