About the Role:
The Treasury Operations Associate I is primarily responsible for confirming banking transactions have been received and are being processed by UKG's banking partners on a timely and accurate basis. The Treasury Operations Associate I will also participate in general banking operations duties such as tracing payments, collecting banking transaction confirmation details and general banking inquiries. This position will report to the Treasury Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist Treasury Operations team with validation and approval of all daily banking transactions according to bank deadlines and company policies including but not limited to ACH Credits, ACH Debits, Freeform and Repetitive Wires, Drawdown Wires and Tax Payments.
  • Assist Treasury Operations team with other banking processes as needed.
  • Produce process reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Weekly check deposit processing on site in Weston.
  • Work on special Treasury Operations projects as assigned.
  • Special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years Treasury or corporate Banking experience
  • Must be able to complete work in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, and Excel
  • Extremely detail oriented with a passion for doing tasks right the first time
  • Must be able to work varying hours based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Tax / Payroll / Accounting / Banking or Customer Service experience
  • Experience working with payroll tax filing systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A.A / A.S Degree / Business related certifications or equivalent work experience

  • Highly motivated and team oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excels in a fast paced and evolving environment

The pay range for this position is $16.97 to $24.37. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
