Job Description Summary
  • Provide general admin/office support: tasks will frequently include data entry, scheduling, support requests, and some administrative tasks. This support work will often require the Operations Assistant to track, identify roadblocks, and following up on requests with various team members and other campus partners.
  • Evening and weekend availability required depending on event schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of guest list and Musco Center stage door entry
  • Oversight and coordination of loading dock use
  • Report building and facilities issues
  • Administrative support and receptionist at Stage Door/Admin entry greeting guests
  • Guest and public interactions including answering of general questions
  • Dressing room prep including unlocking doors, ensuring all amenities are in place, generating and placing signage as necessary
  • Artist hospitality support, including setting out refreshments
  • Special event support - setting and striking tables and chairs for non-mainstage events
  • Festival event support of stages and artists

Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
Guest service oriented; provide service and support. General stage operations knowledge is helpful.
