Helps meet company goals by leading and supporting manufacturing operations and projects to ensure production schedules, ASME requirements, and safety compliance are met while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Coordinate resources, monitor performance, and maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage production schedules to meetproject milestones and delivery dates
  • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials andcomponents will be available on schedule
  • Communicate production status to internal teamsregularly
  • Monitor production metrics, budgets, and adjustresources for efficiency
  • Reinforce company policies and safety standards;maintain clean, organized facilities
  • Ensure proper equipment is available at workstations
  • Collaborate with operations leadership and productionsupervisors to meet deadlines
  • Achieve weekly/monthly production goals and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives
  • Train, coach, and evaluate personnel; foster ateam-oriented environment
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain smoothproduct flow
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements
