Schedule : Monday โ€“ Friday 8AM - 5PM


Job Description:

We are seeking an Operational Assistant to provide front-desk, administrative, and Human Resources support in a fast-paced professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist employees, customers, and visitors
  • Manage calls, mail, documents, meeting logistics, and conference rooms
  • Support employee onboarding, HRIS/timekeeping, e-Verify, and employee files
  • Schedule interviews and assist with staffing coordination
  • Prepare presentations, reports, newsletters, and HR communications
  • Coordinate training, employee events, orientations, and community activities
  • Support HR projects and respond to employee inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate employee information


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR preferred
  • Previous HR administrative or internship experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a changing environment
