Job description

As an Operational Assistant, you will be a vital part of the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the Operations Manager for our Rochester, NH District. Your goal will be to coordinate and monitor confidential activities and your success will be to support the district towards overall success. Your success will be based on providing support to management and collaborating directly with internal employees.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and provide reports as required
  • Arrange meetings, special functions and retirements as required
  • Provide the CCC on a weekly basis on call Schedules for techs, drivers and managers
  • Order all Corporate Express requirements for designated offices
  • Tracking and assisting on hitting deadlines for various projects
  • Post all trucks accurately by the next business day
  • Adjust bulk plant warehouses daily
  • Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately
  • Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research
  • Research and resolve liquid inventory variances promptly
  • Process all tank set / pickups accurately and timely

Your Experience:

The expected hourly range for this position is $20.50-$24.60. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
