Office & Retail Operations Assistant


Beecrazee is a growing company based in Pico Rivera, California. We import and distribute stationery, character merchandise, and other products from Korea, Japan, and China. We also operate our own retail store brand, Mauya.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative team member who wants to grow with us long-term.


Location

Pico Rivera, CA

Conveniently located near the 5 & 605 Freeways
Easy commute from Downey, Norwalk, Commerce, and surrounding areas


What You'll Do

  • Enter and maintain data in our POS system 
  • Organize office documents and records 
  • Visit our five retail stores to assist with merchandising, displays, and order processing 
  • Help manage our Instagram account, including posts and engagement 
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed


What We're Looking For

✔ 5-7 years of retail store experience

✔ Creative eye for merchandising and store displays

✔ Good English communication skills (Korean language skills are a plus!)

✔ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

✔ Valid driver's license and willing to travel between store locations

✔ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
