Supervisor, Operations
Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Supervisor, Operations, must be competent in all aspects of the ADMA BioCenters operations. They will be required to be certified and become preceptors in each work area. The Supervisor, Operations will also supervise and train employees in each work area. They will assist with the supervision of all activities executed within the plasma collection centers as assigned by the Director, Center Operations or Manager, Center Quality. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to plasma production, quality assurance, and human resource management. In the absence of senior center management members this position oversees all activities within the site, otherwise it is 100% working in their primary supervisory role.
The Supervisor, Operations will work with other ADMA team members to create an environment of teamwork and mutual respect between staff members. This position will work to ensure donor satisfaction is maximized with the intent of providing a safe, healthy, and friendly environment for both donors and staff.
Essential Functions (E) and Responsibilities
      • Direct oversight and responsibility for employee activities and donor service within their assigned area(s).
      • Ensure staff are trained and competent to perform job duties in accordance with the SOP's and regulatory requirements.
      • Monitors and directs donor flow through the Center to ensure donors are moving through the center at the expected pace and make necessary adjustments to meet expected donor time in center goals.
      • Perform lookbacks, audits, data tracking, and process flow evaluation.
      • As assigned work directly with QA monitoring errors, developing, and implementing corrective actions, and ensuring the Center meets regulatory, cGMP, and customer requirements at all times.
      • Monitors staff performance against existing standards and provides immediate correction to staff as needed.
      • Monitors medical supply usage and use of other company resources to confirm use as intended and in accordance with SOP and routinely monitors inventory against usage. Inform Director, Center Operations and/or Assistant Manager when supplies are needed.
      • Participates in Center internal audits and assists, as necessary.
      • Manages donor floor production task schedules on a proactive basis.
      • Directly oversees donor satisfaction on a day-to-day basis and works to limit all service issues and delays.
      • Provides input into staff annual evaluations.
      • Sets an example of excellent work ethic and instills good work ethics in staff.
      • Maintains competence with all position required tasks.
      • Ability to train others is required.
      • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Requirements: Entry level management position, minimal experience is required.
