Land Rover Hinsdale is looking for a sharp, detail-driven ย Sales and F&I Operations Assistant ย to play a key role in how our deals get processed, our reporting stays accurate, and our guests are taken care of after the sale. What You'll Do

  • Be the last line of accuracy on every deal - reviewing paperwork, resolving discrepancies, and keeping transactions moving cleanly into Accounting
  • Own manufacturer Retail Delivery Reporting (RDR), keeping submissions on time and error-free
  • Track incentives, rebates, and bonus programs so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Keep Sales and Finance leadership armed with accurate, up-to-date reporting
  • Be a trusted point of contact for guests navigating F&I products, contracts, and follow-up
  • Conduct CSI follow-up calls that make guests feel valued after the sale
  • Provide administrative support to our General Sales Manager and contribute directly to smooth day-to-day dealership operations
