Job description

Growth Marketing & Operations Partner

Role Type: Full-Time / High-Leverage Strategic Partner
Location: Remote (US Time Zones Preferred)
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 / year + Quarterly Performance Bonus (tied to role & department goals)

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical, AI-forward, and highly adaptable Growth Marketing & Operations Partner to act as the ultimate strategic right-hand. In this dual-impact role, you will split your time between driving our internal marketing engine and owning critical business operations to bring leadership's vision to life.

This is not an admin-heavy assistant role; it is an execution-heavy partnership designed for a self-starter who thrives on high autonomy, rapid delivery, and fast-paced environments. You don't just wait for instructions—you decode the vision, map out the systems, and execute flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Growth Marketing

·       Campaign Management: Own and manage internal marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring absolute brand consistency and performance.

·       Social Media Ecosystem: Oversee and scale our corporate social presence utilizing Sprout Social for strategic scheduling, social listening, audience growth, and engagement tracking.

·       Data Analytics & Web Insights: Deep dive into Google Analytics to audit digital performance, extract actionable insights, build attribution models, and continuously optimize campaign ROI.

·       Pipeline & CRM Reporting: Build, customize, and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports to track lead flow, monitor campaign conversions, and provide real-time pipeline visibility to leadership.

·       AI Workflow Innovation: Actively experiment with and integrate cutting-edge AI Tools to accelerate content creation, generate reporting, automate data tracking, and optimize marketing pipelines.

2. Strategic Operations & Execution (The Right-Hand)

·       Vision Translation: Serve as a tactical sounding board to leadership, turning big-picture strategies and loose concepts into highly structured, concrete project plans.

·       Operational Flow & Efficiency: Own ad-hoc special projects, identify operational bottlenecks, and streamline internal workflows to dramatically maximize leadership’s leverage and bandwidth.

·       Priority Management: Track critical deliverables, proactively manage shifting priorities, and seamlessly resolve unexpected hurdles before they require executive intervention.

The Ideal Profile

·       The Experienced Marketer: You bring a proven background in digital campaign execution, social infrastructure management, and performance analytics.

·       AI-Forward Mindset: You aggressively adopt new technologies. You don't just know what AI is; you leverage advanced prompting and AI Workflows daily to work smarter and faster.

·       Highly Analytical & Data-Driven: Data guides your decision-making. You immediately see the story behind the numbers across Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Salesforce dashboards.

·       High Autonomy Self-Starter: You possess a strong internal compass. You thrive under general direction, proactively seeking out solutions rather than asking for step-by-step guidance.

·       Agile & Adaptable: You perform excellently in fast-paced environments where priorities can pivot quickly, viewing ambiguity as a sandbox for operational problem-solving.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies

·       Experience: 2–5 years of blended experience across performance digital marketing, growth operations, or high-level strategic support.

·       Platform Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Sprout Social and Google Analytics is strictly required.

·       Salesforce Proficiency: Functional experience creating and editing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor pipeline health (full admin/coding background not required).

·       AI Tools Mastery: Practical experience embedding AI Workflows into operational pipelines (e.g., automated reporting, programmatic content generation, prompt engineering).

·       Communication & Leadership: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the poise required to interface directly with leadership and core stakeholders.

What We Offer

·       A fast-moving, modern work culture with total ownership over your domains.

·       Performance incentives tied directly to quantifiable department goals and impact.

·       The freedom to experiment with, test, and adopt cutting-edge marketing tech and AI Stacks.

·       Direct collaboration, mentorship, and proximity to leadership.

How to Apply
