State Operations Manager, Georgia Based

Belle, LLC

Cumming, GA • Remote

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

This job post has expired 3 days ago. Applications are no longer accepted.

Job description

Belle is a fast growing engagement company that is revolutionizing home healthcare – and it all begins with the feet. With 25M+ U.S. seniors no longer able to see or reach their feet, a lack of self care and mobility challenges cost the health insurance plans $38B+ in preventable medical spending every year.

Belle trains and manages a network of nail technicians or “Community Health Workers” (CHWs) who provide in-home foot care (aka medical pedicures). Belle uses cutting edge data science to identify those most in need on behalf of health plans and deploys its services accordingly. While in the home, Community Health Workers complete assessments and screenings, often being the first to identify emerging issues below and above the knee. As these issues arise, a team of remote nurses coordinate care with other healthcare providers - preventing serious and costly episodes.

Our mission: Bring Joy to Healthcare. Join us if our cause inspires you!

Belle is looking for a full-time State Operations Manager to lead high-performing field operations across Georgia by developing strong operational leaders, driving consistent execution, and ensuring Belle delivers an exceptional member experience as we scale. This role is based in Georgia, with regular field travel across the state (50-75% of time).

  • Ensure the state meets or exceeds statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks, including appointment completion rates, on-time performance, data quality, member satisfaction (CSAT), attendance, and CHW utilization.
  • Monitor performance trends and risks across markets, Belle Operations Supervisors (BOS), and Community Health Workers (CHWs); drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions are completed consistently and on time.

  • Manage and develop BOSs across Georgia through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching.
  • Establish clear ownership and accountability across the State Operations Manager, BOS, CHW Lead, and CHW levels.
  • Ensure BOSs independently own day-to-day CHW performance and escalations, resolving decisions at the appropriate level.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and a strong internal pipeline to support continued growth.
  • Ensure policies, workflows, and standards of care are executed consistently across the state, including monthly field ridealongs.
  • Maintain statewide visibility into CHW staffing, capacity, utilization, and demand, ensuring staffing is never a bottleneck to growth.
  • Translate priorities into clear execution plans, resolve market inconsistencies, and drive adoption of new processes and technology.
  • Serve as the primary Georgia Operations point of contact for Member Operations, Clinical, Dispatch, HR, and Engineering, ensuring cross-functional initiatives are implemented effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field operations, or multi-site people management, including a track record of leading through frontline managers.
  • Demonstrated success managing to performance metrics (quality, productivity, member satisfaction) across multiple sites or markets.
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills, with experience building and growing a manager bench.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective action.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships.

  • A hands-on, execution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
