A leading manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations and lead a team supporting a high-volume production environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both mechanical and electrical performance, driving preventive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and ensuring equipment reliability across the facility.
They’re seeking a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge who enjoys problem-solving, leading teams, and improving overall plant efficiency.
Maintenance Manager Job Duties:
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, and development
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment
• Partner with production and leadership to improve processes and reduce downtime
• Manage maintenance projects, vendors, and equipment installations
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, and development
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability
