Your Role
The Store Operations Maintenance Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting maintenance
execution, field escalation, and store cleanliness across VS&Co stores. This role supports the Store Ops
Maintenance Manager in ensuring stores are clean, safe, operationally ready, and aligned with brand
standards, while supporting a consistent experience for associates and customers.
Reporting to the Manager of Store Ops Maintenance, this role provides day-to-day support as an
advocate for the store, associate, and customer experience as it relates to the maintenance of
the physical store. This position partners closely with field leaders, store teams, maintenance vendors,
and cross-functional partners to help resolve maintenance concerns, improve speed to execution,
and identify opportunities that reduce store disruption. A key focus of the role is supporting associate
experience by helping to create cleaner, safer, and more reliable store environments that allow teams to
focus on serving customers.
Your Impact
  • Support the Store Ops Maintenance Manager in managing escalated store maintenance needs
by partnering with the Maintenance, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure concerns are clearly
communicated, appropriately prioritized, and resolved in support of the associate and customer
    experience.
  • Partner with Store Managers, District Managers, and field leadership to resolve maintenance,
cleanliness, safety, and store environment concerns.
  • Identify recurring maintenance issues that impact store teams and partner on solutions that
reduce disruption and improve the work environment.
  • Educate and train field leaders and store teams on maintenance processes, cleaning
expectations, escalation paths, tools, and best practices to support consistent execution.
  • Maintain maintenance data, reporting, and Excel-based trackers to identify trends, prioritize
support, and provide clear visibility to leadership.
  • Work within store maintenance platforms and programs, including Fexa, to monitor work
orders, escalations, vendor execution, and completion status.
  • Participate in recurring meetings with home office maintenance partners and third-party
vendors to escalate, track, and resolve outstanding maintenance issues.
  • Solicit feedback from stores and field leaders to identify opportunities to simplify tools, improve
communication, and strengthen the associate and customer experience.
  • Support field communications through Store Connect, email, and other channels to provide
clear direction, maintenance updates, process changes, and action steps.
  • Ensure maintenance activities adhere to VS&Co standards, safety expectations, and associate
    and customer experience requirements.
  • Provide visibility and escalation support during evenings or weekends when urgent maintenance
    issues arise.
  • Support cross-functional project work as needed, including operational readiness, store
    environment improvements, and process enhancements.

issues with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear field-facing
    communications and leadership updates.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, listen to field feedback, and
