Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

  • Develop and execute preventive and proactive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

  • Lead rapid-response efforts for critical mechanical, electrical, and process-related equipment failures.

  • Conduct systematic Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Manage spare-parts inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

  • Optimize inventory levels, supply-chain costs, and spare-parts availability using extensive maintenance and customer-service expertise.

  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable safety standards and the client’s internal quality requirements.

  • Coordinate with technicians, vendors, client representatives, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Prepare maintenance reports and monitor equipment performance and recurring issues.

Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in equipment operations, maintenance, field service, or a related discipline.

  • Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, or process equipment.

  • Demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability improvement.
