Our client, a major player in the 3PL logistics industry, is currently seeking two Logistics Coordinators to support the growth and day-to-day operations of its team.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily shipments and overseeing logistics activities for a portfolio of clients.
More specifically, you will:
Coordinate cross-border (Canada-USA) and domestic Canadian shipments;
Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery (track & trace);
Communicate with carriers and customers regarding shipment status and requirements;
Source and select appropriate carriers based on operational needs;
Coordinate LTL and FTL shipments;
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance;
Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions;
Manage operational priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Maintain and update SOPs and operational information;
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Your profile

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or 3PL environment;
Experience in ground transportation coordination or dispatch;
Strong understanding of road transportation, LTL, and FTL operations;
Experience working in a Canada-USA transportation environment;
Experience working with a network of brokers and North American carriers;
Bilingual in English and French (English required for communication with customers and carriers across Canada and the United States);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Assets
Knowledge of Incoterms;
Experience using Loadlink;
Knowledge of various trailer and truck types;
Education in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
