What You'll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive, solutionsfocused support
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintain product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward the right solutions
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance customer satisfaction
