Job description

This role is responsible for managing customer relationships after the initial sale while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating logistics, payments, scheduling, and follow-up communication.

This is a relationship-driven role focused on helping ranchers succeed while supporting the day-to-day sales process.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Customer Success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional equipment, accessories, and services
  • Support customers with product questions, order updates, and general account needs
  • Assist customers with repeat purchases and seasonal restocking
Sales Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, and equipment drop-offs
  • Schedule logistics and communicate timelines with customers and internal teams
  • Collect payments, invoices, and supporting sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Assist with quoting, order entry, and sales administration
  • Help ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers
Customer Communication
  • Answer inbound customer calls, texts, and emails
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
