  • Develop and oversee executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks using Excel and Power BI.

  • Provide Field Service leadership with forward-looking insights that drive productivity, utilization, service quality, and margin performance.

  • Set analytical standards and best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across the organization.

Financial, Staffing & New Business Support

  • Partner closely with Commercial Finance to support new business pursuits through staffing projections, operational cost modeling, and scenario analysis.

  • Lead workforce and capacity modeling to align staffing strategies with demand, productivity assumptions, and growth plans.

  • Support long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting by linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.

  • Identify and quantify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities aligned with Field Service and enterprise financial goals.

Driving Action & Measurable Outcomes

  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, prioritized action plans, and measurable operational and financial impacts.

  • Advise Field Service leadership on trade-offs, risks, and expected outcomes of strategic and operational decisions.

  • Track performance against improvement initiatives and communicate progress, results, and realized savings.

Data, Reporting & Process Leadership

  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality, governance, reporting automation, and analytics maturity across Field Service.

  • Act as the primary liaison between Field Service and IT for analytics requirements, system enhancements, and reporting solutions.

  • Reduce manual reporting effort through scalable, repeatable, and automated data solutions.

  • Mentor and guide analysts or operational partners on analytical approaches and reporting best practices (where applicable).

Executive & Customer-Facing Communication

  • Develop polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic implications.

  • Confidently present findings to senior internal leadership and high-level customer contacts.

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner and advisor, influencing decisions with data-backed insight and clear narrative.

Project Management

  • Manage and track progress on initiatives that directly impact data integrity.

Candidate Profile

Skills & Competencies

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling and complex analysis.

  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and insight storytelling.

  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to translate data into compelling executive narratives.

  • Strong financial, operational, and workforce analysis capabilities.

  • Proven track record of driving efficiency improvements and cost savings through analytics.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex, multi-threaded initiatives.

  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong ownership mindset and initiative.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, operational, financial, and executive audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations analytics, data analytics, or a similar role, with increasing scope and responsibility.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior operational leadership and Commercial Finance.

  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to data, reporting, or systems improvement initiatives.

  • Experience supporting field service, logistics, or service-based operations strongly preferred.

Work Environment & Collaboration

  • Hybrid work environment (Daniels Office & Home Office)

  • Works cross-functionally with Field Service leadership, IT Commercial Finance, Executive Leadership and other enterprise stakeholders.
