Job description

Company Description
The Revenue Operations Analyst will join Epsilon's Revenue Operations team in a foundational support role designed to strengthen day-to-day operational support for sales leaders and business partners. This role will help own operational and execution-oriented responsibilities related to revenue operations, creating clearer focus across the team and enabling business unit partners and functional RevOps leads to stay aligned to their core areas of ownership across business partnership, process design, governance, analytics, and systems implementation.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with data, and interested in building depth in how revenue operations supports sales execution across a complex business. The role will provide hands-on exposure to CRM data quality, sales process and systems administration, reporting support, intake tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
Sales Leader and Business Partner Support
  • Provide operational and coordination support to sales leaders and RevOps business unit partners across recurring sales operations activities.
  • Help track, organize, and follow up on sales support requests, intake items, and open operational tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring materials, trackers, summaries, and status updates used by sales leadership and RevOps stakeholders.

CRM, Data Quality, and Process Administration
  • Assist with CRM data hygiene activities, including identifying missing, outdated, inconsistent, or duplicate information.
  • Support maintenance of account, opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and sales activity data according to established RevOps standards.
  • Help ensure sales teams are following defined processes, required fields, naming conventions, and data entry expectations.

Reporting and Analytics Support
  • Support recurring sales and pipeline reporting by gathering inputs, validating data, refreshing standard reports, and preparing summaries for review.
  • Assist with basic analysis of sales operations data, including pipeline movement, activity tracking, data completeness, and process adherence.
  • Partner with Revenue Intelligence and business partners to clarify reporting requests and ensure needed inputs are captured accurately.
  • Help document reporting definitions, field usage, and business rules to support consistency across revenue reporting.

Documentation, Enablement, and Continuous Improvement
  • Create and maintain documentation for repeatable sales operations processes, support workflows, and RevOps operating procedures.
  • Support training and enablement efforts by helping prepare job aids, process guides, checklists, and simple how-to materials.

What Success Looks Like
  • Sales leaders and business partners receive timely, accurate support on recurring operational needs.
  • Operational work is organized, tracked, and completed consistently.
  • CRM and sales operations data is complete, accurate, and aligned to established standards.
  • Recurring reports, trackers, and process documentation are maintained with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in revenue operations, sales operations, analytics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring tasks accurately and consistently.
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, and structured processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn CRM and reporting tools quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in revenue operations, sales operations, business process improvement, or go-to-market operations.

Preferred
  • Relevant experience through internships, coursework, project work, or prior roles in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, analytics, finance, or marketing operations.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Experience building or maintaining trackers, reports, dashboards, process documentation, or project status updates.
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline, forecasting, account management, lead/opportunity workflows, or commercial operations concepts.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in accuracy, and is motivated by improving process, organization, and operational consistency. They are comfortable with operational detail, able to follow and improve repeatable processes, and interested in growing within revenue operations over time. This person should be service-oriented, dependable, and willing to lean into the details that help sales leaders and business partners work more effectively.
This role can serve as a foundation for growth into the Revenue Operations function. As the analyst builds experience, they may take on more advanced ownership of reporting, process improvement, CRM administration, project coordination, or business unit partnership support.
