This role sits at the intersection of business operations, transaction management, and client service, providing critical support to front-office professionals and ensuring the smooth execution of complex business activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to business growth. Client Details Rapidly expanding global firm within the Insurance sector. Description Prepare, review, and maintain transaction-related documentation and records Assist with the management and administration of business processes throughout the transaction lifecycle Create and maintain financial schedules, reports, and tracking tools Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls, and operational standards Support data accuracy and integrity across internal systems Partner with client-facing and operational teams to resolve queries and facilitate workflow efficiency Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational effectiveness Assist with ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline 0-2 years of experience within financial services, insurance, operations, banking, consulting, or a related environment preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA experience is advantageous Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of work Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually.
