Security Clearance:  

  • Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.  

Responsibilities:  

Senior Operations Analysts will support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to ensure that program goals and milestones are met. They are expected to:  

  • Analyze contractor processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations and decrease time and cost spent on efforts.
  • Interpret and analyze policies, rules, regulations, or laws to support execution of task order requirements.
  • Confer with program personnel to discuss issues and resolve problems with task order performance.
  • Report task order status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, and compliance to programs.
  • Develop and implement controls and recordkeeping for cost, schedule, and performance of task order.
  • Develop and update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing in support of task order requirements.
  • Manage task order documents by recording information and updating and maintaining documents and information systems.
  • Prepare, review, and submit task order documents, reports, and schedules.
  • Schedule or facilitate meetings to review task order performance.

Experience:  

  • 10+ years of professional experience providing Operational support to Navy programs.  
  • Experience with Navy Data Analytics tools.
  • DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); DoD/DoN contracting; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel; Navy procedures and processes is desired.  

Education / Certifications Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business or financial related field.
