Discover Impactful Work:

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling the success of your assigned Pods and Squads by supporting day-to-day operations, driving adoption of standardized processes, and promoting effective use of our work management platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for user onboarding, training, and operational support while helping teams adopt new capabilities, improve workflows, and maintain consistent ways of working.

Working closely with the Operations Strategist, Operations Analyst, Workflow Automation Developer, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure teams have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to work efficiently and effectively.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA. Relocation assistance is NOT provided. 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. 
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

A Day in the Life:

  • Onboard, train, and support users on work management processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain templates, reports, dashboards, and documentation that promote operational consistency and visibility.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs for assigned Pods and Squads, providing regular updates and identifying areas requiring attention.
  • Communicate and implement enterprise process, governance, and platform updates within assigned business teams.
  • Provide first-line support for users, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate system-related concerns when appropriate.
  • Partner with Pods and Squads to improve workflows, encourage adoption of standardized processes, and support achievement of operational KPIs.
  • Support onboarding of new teams by configuring templates, reports, dashboards, and training resources.
  • Evaluate new platform capabilities and provide feedback to support adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Gather user feedback and collaborate with the Operations Strategist and Senior Operations Analyst to identify enhancement opportunities and improve the overall user experience.

Education & Experience·High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.·2+ years of experience using Adobe Workfront or a comparable work management or project management platform.·Experience creating reports, dashboards, templates, and operational documentation.·Experience providing user training, onboarding, or operational support.·Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or workflow documentation preferred.
