Job description

Operations Analyst to support cross-functional teams and drive the efficient processing of automated workflows. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for operations and data-driven problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows to ensure timely processing and achievement of service-level targets.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Communicate status updates to external stakeholders.
  • Generate, review, and analyze operational reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders, evaluate enhancement requests, and monitor progress of active initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in operations or DevOps environments.
