Job Summary:
  • The Quality Assurance Analyst performs quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments to ensure client standards are maintained.

  • This position requires the candidate to work a 5 day-a-week schedule in the Champaign office.

What You Will Do:
  • Working with customers and suppliers to review quality cases and disposition of material

  • Analyzing incoming customer quality concerns
  • Working Quality Cases assigned from Quality customer service
  • Collecting non-conformance data and maintaining and updating quality system documents
  • Preparing Quality Return POs for returned goods from customers.
  • Containment of non-conforming material including validating and verifying on-hand material using standard calibrated gauges

  • Identifying potential non-conforming material which has been shipped
  • Issuing and managing proactive alerts to customers
  • Interacting with Operations on operational cause defects
  • Reviewing design prints and 1E specifications

  • Issuing rejections and corrective action requests to suppliers while communicating updates as needed.
