Pay: $43.00

Responsibilities:
Set up matters in the eBilling system on behalf of the Aerospace legal operation
Manage and triage support tickets.
Support internal clients to resolve issues and/or identify solutions as it relates to eBilling/Matter Management.
Work cross-functionally to provide support related to integrated systems
Support external counsel/billing administrators with invoicing and policy inquiries and resolution
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree
7-10 years' experience ONIT software experience (Preferred)
2-3 years’ experience in legal e- billing and Matter Management with a law firm or corporate legal department
Capacity to interpret instructions and apply to complex scenarios
Ability to handling outside council spend, managing and onboarding vendors, working with firms and lawyers for documents
Needs to have patience, good communication, and positive attitude
General sourcing and finance knowledge and understand how they interconnect in the business world

Pay Details: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour
