CORPORATE SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATIONS INTERN

TORONTO, ON

We're COTY, a global leader in beauty. We believe in beauty with a purpose and brands that inspire, no matter where they are in the world.

Coty's corporate and executive social media team is lean, which means it moves fast and every decision matters. We're looking for an operations intern who can own real responsibility, think like an operator, and support the high-visibility presence that keeps everything running.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll work with the director of social media on day-to-day execution, manage the details that determine whether content lands well, performs well, and shows up exactly as intended. Your work will contribute to how Coty talks to its consumers and future employees.

Your main focus:

  • Content publishing & calendar management: source, adapt, schedule, and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. You support content publishing and scheduling decisions in collaboration with the director of social media.
  • Brand voice quality control: every post that goes live passes through your eye. You catch grammar, voice misalignment, brand hierarchy problems before they're public.
