Title: Administrative Support / Administrative Aide / Office Assistant
Pay Rate: $23.00-$24.00/hr DOE
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision (eligible after 60 days of employment)
Employment Type: 4.5 Month Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8 AM-5 PM (varies by department)

Tekberry is looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist one of our government clients. This role provides essential clerical and administrative services that help departments deliver efficient and responsive public service. As a W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits.
This position requires strong communication skills, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing priorities.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Clerical Support
• Perform data entry, document preparation, scanning, and filing
• Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and records
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage document routing
• Support basic purchasing, invoicing, and financial tracking tasks
Customer Service
• Provide reception and front desk support
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries
• Assist the public, clients, and staff with forms and information
Office Coordination
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings
• Assist with meeting materials, agendas, and presentations
