Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support our client a global leader in enteral feeding and infusion pump technologies that help improve patient safety and healthcare outcomes worldwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to grow within a collaborative medical device environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate, solutions-oriented customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
โข Assist customers via email with questions, service requests, order placement, product support, and account inquiries
โข Provide timely and professional customer service support while maintaining a compassionate and solution-focused approach
โข Research, escalate, and help resolve customer concerns and product-related issues
Order Processing & ERP Support
โข Process customer orders, product repair requests, and replacement orders within an ERP/order entry system
โข Generate and send order confirmations while managing customer expectations regarding delivery timelines
โข Support pricing dispute resolution and warranty-related inquiries
Coordination & Administrative Support
โข Coordinate return shipments and replacement processing
โข Provide shipping labels and support timely resolution of customer requests
โข Assist customer service and sales teams with reporting, projects, and operational support as needed
Qualifications
โข High school diploma or GED required
โข Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or support experience preferred
โข Strong written and verbal communication skills
โข Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
โข Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
โข Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Skills
โข ERP or order entry system experience
โข Experience handling customer escalations or warranty support
โข Medical device, healthcare, or technical product support experience
โข Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Training & Schedule Expectations
โข All training will be conducted fully onsite
โข Consistent attendance during training is mandatory
โข Candidates should expect a minimum of 6 months onsite
โข Remote work is not guaranteed after training completion
