Under general supervision performs the same duties as an experienced Operations Administrative Assistant with less direction and helps to train others in similar roles.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
  • Is responsible for having a full working knowledge of the customer information system, the workforce management system and the gas and electric meter system as required to perform assigned administrative job duties.
  • Is responsible for assisting in the training of new Operations Administrative Assistants.
  • Performs duties in accordance with Company safety rules and Good Housekeeping practices.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
Relevant Work Experience
  • Must have 18 months experience as an Operations Administrative Assistant or equivalent. Required
  • Must be in sound physical condition. Required
  • Must be capable of performing computer system data entry work and operating office machinery and equipment. Required
  • Must possess the qualities of neatness, cleanliness and orderliness in work and in person. Required
  • Must be capable of working harmoniously with others in an office environment. Required
