Job description

Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. This is an in-person position.
Living Innovations provides support to people with disabilities to have a good life at home and in the community. 
As an Administrative Assistant at Living Innovations, you'll be a key player in our team's success! Your primary role will be to deliver top-notch customer service to our internal and external customers, employees, and the individuals we support. You'll be responsible for managing office operations, which include purchasing supplies, communicating with office leadership, and maintaining databases. Managing information is central to this role, requiring our Administrative Assistants to be comfortable with computers and eager to learn new systems for digital filing and data entry. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in our new hire onboarding process, including gathering background checks, and scheduling training.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • · Providing excellent customer service both via phone and office interactions.
  • · Directing all calls and taking messages as needed.
  • · Conducting onboarding with new employees/home providers.
  • · Maintaining employee and home provider files via electronic filing system(s).
  •   Scanning, filing, and sending key documents to keep our office records accurate and up to date.
  • · Ordering & maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • · Maintaining cleanliness of office conference rooms & reception areas.

Qualifications:

  • A patient, caring, and positive attitude.

  • Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
