Administrative Assistant III
Location: Nevada Health Authority (NVHA), Reno, NV
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $22.00/HR
Reliable Health Care Services seeks an organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative and program support for the Nevada Health Authority (NVHA). This position supports daily operations by managing records, providing customer service, preparing documents, scheduling, and coordinating administrative activities.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide administrative support to managers and professional staff
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents
  • Maintain confidential records and complex filing systems
  • Review and process forms, applications, invoices, payroll, travel, purchasing, and related documents
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Provide exceptional customer service while responding to inquiries from employees, clients, and the public
  • Assist with budget tracking, financial records, and reporting
  • Compile and summarize data for operational reports
  • Support office operations, inventory, purchasing, and special projects
  • Train or assist administrative support staff as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of administrative or clerical support experience, including records management, document preparation, customer service, and support of professional staff
  • Microsoft Office, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required
