Administrative Assistant (Operations Support)
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Anchorage. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple administrative tasks, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day workflow in a professional office environment.

This role includes scheduling coordination, transcription, data entry, and general office support. The right candidate will be patient, organized, and comfortable handling detailed administrative work with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling
  • Assist with transcription, document preparation, and data entry
  • Support office meetings, events, and administrative coordination
