M Chest Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented HR Support Coordinator to join our HR and Administrative team! This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and office support. If you're highly organized, resourceful, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, process HR checklists, and monitor policy compliance.
  • Recruiting Assistance: Maintain applications and support hiring efforts.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, process mail, and coordinate office maintenance.
  • Fleet & Travel Support: Arrange vehicle repairs, track maintenance, and book travel accommodations as needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist with birthdays, anniversaries, and employee recognition programs.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office or HR setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
  • Experience with ADP, Paycor, or HR-related tools is a plus!
