We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a highly organized, proactive HR & Administration Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and office operations. This role reports directly to the Owner/CEO and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people succeed while creating systems that support a growing business.


What You'll Do

  • Develop recruiting channels and build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Support Operations and Area Managers with hiring and onboarding.
  • Improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
  • Coordinate annual reviews and quarterly employee conversations.
  • Support payroll administration, accounts payable, and office operations.
  • Manage office and operational inventory.
  • Improve administrative processes and systems.
